The first three articles were originally published on the Institute of Continuing Education Web Site. The last article was written for the ILPN (now defunct) web site. This collection of articles was published in the Detroit Legal News from 1995-1997. All were written in the infancy of the modern Internet, before the landscape surrounding Internet legal and business issues began to develop. Access to the Internet largely consisted of dial-up connections on a 14.4 kbs modem or slower. Both the technology and state of the law have evolved considerably since these were first published.

Mr. Kendra is also a frequent lecturer on technology and law issues, for local, state, and national organizations, including the State Bar of Michigan, the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, Biotechnology Business Consultants, the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals, the Thomas Cooley Law School and the Detroit Chamber of Commerce.
